Diesel generator sets must go through the step of unpacking inspection when they arrive at the receiving location designated by the customer. Don't underestimate such a step, many of the small details in it are worthy of everyone's attention.
　　 First, clean the dust and dirt on the box before opening the box, and check whether the sperm is damaged, verify the box number and quantity, and the focus is to check whether there is damage during transportation.
　　Be careful not to damage the parts when unpacking. The unpacking sequence generally starts from the top plate. After the top plate is opened, see if it belongs to the part to be lifted out. Then unpack other box boards. If it is difficult to remove the top board, you can choose to remove several box boards at an appropriate place. After the observation is clear, unpack the box. The following tasks should be done after unpacking.
　　① Count all the units and accessories according to the unit list and packing list.
　　②Check whether the main dimensions of the unit and accessories are consistent with the drawings.
　　③Check the unit and accessories for damage and corrosion.
　　④After unpacking, the unit should be kept and placed flat. The flange and various interfaces must be covered and bandaged to prevent rainwater and dust from intruding.
　　⑤If the unit cannot be installed in time after inspection, the finished surface of the disassembled parts should be re-coated with anti-Confucian oil and stored properly. For the transmission and sliding parts of the unit, do not rotate or slide before the anti-rust oil has been removed. If the anti-rust oil has been removed due to inspection, the anti-rust oil should be re-coated after the inspection.
